Do you have a training schedule?
I am all about making to do lists and one thing that has worked is make a schedule that you will stick to and with this schedule wrie whether or not you will be working out, make it like half an hour of something, 2 minutes of running or 10 minutes of 3 things, try to do this maybe a couple of times per week, that way it is more realistic to stick to doing that than to do something such as weight training and pushing yourself too hard.
