10 ways to a healthy You

With all the things that goes on in our life there are a few simple things that we could do help ourselves be a step closer to being healthy.

Drinking tea

Go for a walk

Have a sip of wine every now and then

Take deep breaths for a few minutes a day

Talk to a friend and even an email will do some good

Eating fish a couple times a week

Try and eat natural food

Take vitamins that you need

If you are a smoker...try and smoke less
And most importantly...sleep
