Drinking Orange Juice For a Boost

Not only is it loaded with vitamin c, but drinking a cup of orange juice every day during breakfast can improve your cholesterol levels. Even better would be to drink at least 3 glasses which raises something called HDL also known as good cholesterol. Maybe three cups a day is too much, then maybe one cup and an orange as a snack. If you can, make it calcium fortified for that extra kick.
