Stress Affects Your Health
You don't feel well, and you are wondering what that might be that has you feeling literally ill. You have so much going on in your life and friends, family and your job. The stress can mess you up! Every time that you are confronted with some type of stress factor your body releases stress hormones such as epinephrine and cortisol. Your heart beats fast, your blood pressure rises and everything is set into motion. Stress can even make you fa. The cortisol that is released in your body, also makes you crave foods. So be careful and try not to let things take over your life. Do things that you enjoy. Golf is a relaxing sport that I like to do from time to time. Reading is also a good one. Try anything that is the opposite of stress to you.
