Emotions and Stress
When you are feeling so stressed out, stop and think about what is ailing you at the moment, if you want, write it down as I find this helps a lot. Usually what we are feeling at the moment can have a huge impact on the level of stress we feel. There are times where it drives me so mad, I just want to start throwing things but then I realize that I should calm down, count to 5 and breathe in and out, guess what, while the problem may or may not have been solved, I now have a clear head to deal with it and I do feel a million times better.
