Ways To Diet
Well I don't really have that key way that will sell millions just that it is more realistic to lose weight if you set goals for yourself and not something like i want to lose 20 pounds in a week . One major mistake is expecting too much from yourself too soon, i tried that and i lost interest and went right back to my old eating habits and as a mom who lives a fast paced life, that was not healthy at all.

Do you have a training schedule?
I am all about making to do lists and one thing that has worked is make a schedule that you will stick to and with this schedule wrie whether or not you will be working out, make it like half an hour of something, 2 minutes of running or 10 minutes of 3 things, try to do this maybe a couple of times per week, that way it is more realistic to stick to doing that than to do something such as weight training and pushing yourself too hard.

Up for a challenge
Have you challenged your body today? every now and then i like to do this, what i do is if i am stretching right before a workout, i would stretch farther and see if i could jut a tiny bit more, do you usually work out for 30 minutes? try 35 and see if you could just to give yourself that challenge and see what happens.

We all drink water
Lately we have been drinking more and more and very less juice and their stuff, i have been buying the bottled water and this way it is easily accessible to just grab a bottle and move on, instead of no water and opting for something less healthy. They kids are into drinking more daily and its good for you.

And did you know that cunnamon can improve your blood sugar and help reduce your risk of diabetes.
Too busy to eat healthy
This is something that many people face, you just grab what you can when you can, I know this because I am one of these people. We can only make do with what we can and have time for. One of the ways to solve this is to make ahead your meals, so easy to say but even harder to make time to do, i know, but we have to find a space in our busy lives to make this happen, I do this at least once a week, prepare snacks and meals that has nutrition value and not just junk so that way we can just heat and serve.
