Healthy Halloween treats
With Halloween right around the corner, what better way to have some ghoulish fun than with some healthy and fun snacks. I know that when some people here that Halloween and healthy is not exactly something you want to hear together. Monster apples, dip the apple in caramel and put things like carrots and raisins as monsters body parts like ears and eyes. Stretch Every Morning
I remember growing up and my uncle used to do this every single morning it was just the routine. And ever since when i get a chance, you can find me doing the same. Even if you do not get up to work out, make it a point to stretch each part of your leg and arms and also everything in between. This will actually give you a good feeling and also a good boost for the day.

Benefits of Protein
Whenever i have a meal I always try and make sue that I have some with just about any meal. The reason is because ever since I have learned that you can actually burn calories this way, I made sure to fit it in someway in my diet. Protein takes energy to burn and using that included burning some calories. Some of the foods that include protein are eggs, beans, lean cuts of meats, fish and even tofu. There you go.
