Cutting Out the Sodium
Do you keep track of the amount of sodium that you take on a daily basis? You would not believe what we put in our bodies, from what we eat to what we drink, there are many foods that you may not know have a high sodium count. Ways to control is by making the food yourself, cook at home more and use less salt. I love using Mrs dash its a great flavor enhancer and sodium free, you can still eat good without all of the sodium.
