Working out during Pregnancy

Its always great to try and keep yourself fit and feeling good while you are expecting but you should always take it very lightly and with your doctors permission. Lightweight as well as soft arobics are good, dancing is a great way but make sure you avoid anything that involved turning and extreme moves. Excersing also makes us prepare for all the pains that we might feel during pregnancy and moms who workout are known to not feel as much.
