Benefits of Drinking Tea
I have never been really a tea drinker but the more I read about the benefits there are of drinking tea, I feel like I am missing out and will now start having a cup of tea each day. Did you know that tea contains antioxidants that can prevent you from illnesses and even aging? I always thought that tea had more caffeine than coffee, this is not the case, it actually contains less. If you feel that you get headaches from drinking coffee, try drinking tea, its very soothing and causes less jitters. Diseases like heart attacks and strokes have been known to be low with tea drinkers with a whopping 70 percent of lower risk. Drink a cup of black tea per day and decrease your chances of this.
