The Benefits of Oatmeal
Many people wonder, just what are the benefits of oatmeal? It has been found that those who consume oatmeal a few times a week are less likely to develop heart disease, substances found in the oats also have cancer fighting properties. There are many more but those two reasons alone are enough for me to have a bowl or two daily. Oats are also a good source of protein as well as vitamin E, zinc, selenium, copper, iron, manganese and magnesium. Try and stay away from the instant kind, the real ones that take time have more to offer.
