Happy Foods
ever heard the term, you are what you eat? Well here are foods that you can eat that can actually make you feel happy. Spinach- Hard to believe that something like spinach can make you happy but it is true. It is full of iron and a natural energy booster. Find ways to have spinach in your weekly meals and spicing it up in sandwiches or soups. Chocolate- Yum my fave! Not too much but a small piece can put a smile in your face. A little bit of sugar can boost your happy levels.
