Who knew that some desserts can actually be healthy for you, sounds weird right? When I say healthy I mean they are not loaded with the usual amounts of sugar and fat as you would get in a regular portion of a regular dessert. You can still enjoy pies, cookies and all that good stuff, who says you have to give them up, all you need to know is how and what to do to get them. There are plenty of recipes online that can help you make your own which is really the best way to enjoy them, most desserts that are healthy have fewer calories, so no need to worry about indulging.
