Is there benefits to Caffeine?

Most of us need this to jump start our day or keep us going throughout the day, but there could be benefits to drinking caffeine. Harvard researched for over a course of years and found that people who drank about 3 cups of coffee a day has reduced their chances of diabetes. It doesn't stop there, there has also been studies that shows that it can reduce your chances of parkinson's by 80%. That is amazing. Everything from asthma and even preventing cavities have been linked to drinking coffee, so if you want to have a cup of Joe or two, go right ahead, it might just be what you need.
