Pregnancy Hip Pain and Sleep

One of the things that I find very uncomfortable is the hip pains that I suffer from when sleeping. This is something that is very common for expecting moms as we sleep on our sides and not our backs and stomach of course. While there is no sure way to get rid of this pain there are ways to ease it. I find that sleeping with a pillow between my thighs helps alot. Make sure its a nice fluffy pillow. Try not to lay sleeping on one side for too long, I usually turn every couple of hours or so, it's annoying but it really helps relieve the pain. **UPDATE BELOW**



What I have tried since this post is what I like to call the pregnancy pillow, its Leachco Snoogle Total Body Pillow and it works wonders! It helps with not only the pain but it supports your stomach and can be used various ways for any position. I bought it really cheap on amazon. Trust me it is WORTH it if youlike to sleep.
