Walking Can Improve your Bones
Doing aerobics is the way to, the more the better because studies have shown that exercise increases bone mass. The best part about it is that walking is so easy to do, it does not require much and you can pretty much do it anywhere and at anytime. The reason why it helps the bones is because by walking and exercising, it forces the bones to bear weight. This is great for women at any age to help prevent or lower their risk of osteoporosis.
