First thing is drinking water, its much more cheaper especially if you buy a water filter, no need to buy bottles and waste money. Eggs is not only cheap but its full of vitamins and protein. Tuna! I love tuna and cans of tuna can be very cheap, tuna can be a snack or a meal and full of great protein. Buy generic brands, I am sure you know that by now that generic can be just as good as the name brands.
