What are the Worst Diets?

Have you ever been in the position where you are desperately trying to lose weight, you end up failing? Well that is because many of the weight loss solutions that we choose are simply not the best choices, for anyone. For instance, food that focus on one group such as meat only, or no meat at all, no carbs diet, these are almost guarantee to fail because you will crave what you are missing. Restricting yourself from these foods makes it more tempting, and when you do give in, you over eat.
