Work out while Sitting

Did you know that you can still get some type of a workout y sitting down? So there should be no excuse as to why you are not burning calories whatsoever. There are different ways to d this whether yo are doing it during commercial breaks or while watching your favorite shows. Leg lifts is a very popular workout to do while seated, lift up one leg at a time and hold it for a few seconds, to really add some to this try wearing ankle weights to make it more effective. Another popular and easy one is to work out your arms using very light weights. Try and do your own regimen and see what happens, a small workout is better than no workout.
