Honestly, my husband would be more into the eating healthy stuff than i was, but that was not fair, so now we all do it, mom kids and dad, we sit together and just eat, the kids learn that healthy does not equal yucky and i am learning that each day does not have to have some sort of meals that contain junk and fat, well unhealthy fats of course. So make it a family thing.

This to me is one of the best ways to be stress free and I do this every day and of course more than once. When I am in a mood or something has been stressing me out, grab one of them and give them a huge hug and let them know that you love them. That feeling of joy that you get when you hug them is what you want and that is so healthy for you and the child.

Yeah I know you don't really feel like getting out of bed and doing so but study shows that people who work out in the morning stick to their diet or regimens because they already got that hard part out already which is what we hate to do.
