Harmful Hidden Sodium
Are we all at risk for harmful sodium? Yes because most of the foods that we consume on a daily basis contains more amounts that we should consume in the servings that we eat. One of the most common foods that contain high amounts of sodium are microwavable foods such as lean cuisines and other packaged foods. Canned veggies are also on the list. The safest way to avoid such high amounts of the sodium is to prepare the meals yourself.
