Whether it is for on the go or something to tie them down after school and just before dinner, there are some nice easy healthy snacks that can keep them satisfied as well as making a healthy one.
Veggies and peanut butter always work together and kids love it. Carrot sticks and celery works great, for an awesome treat try apple wedges too.
How about a fruit smoothie? The kids love the taste of it and have fun by trying different kinds of fruits to toss in. Bananas and berries that are frozen are perfect with some milk, blend and enjoy.
